As a first step towards being involved, please take a few minutes to complete this survey so we can find out what you think, and what level of involvement and types of actions you are interested in. Waterville Area Bridges for Peace & Justice Survey - June 2004

1. Level of involvement: Please indicate by checking all boxes that you may be interested in:

    Attend monthly action-planning meetings.

    Attend movie-discussions nights.

    Participate in a non-partisan Voter Registration drive.

    Participate in a voter education campaign.

    Work with area schools to communicate alternatives to military service.

    Participate in anti-sweatshop actions and education.

    Help to organize a "community dialogue".

    Attend local city/town council, school board, budget meetings, and other meetings to promote peace and justice issues at the local level.

    Help share information (post movie flyers, erect peace yard signs, write letters to editor/op ed pieces, share e-mails etc.)

    Stand in silence with Women in Black (12:00 - 12:30 every Friday at Old Post office corner in Waterville).

    Stand on the bridge or participate in other peace gatherings (Augusta & at Bath Iron Works).

    Help develop a speakers' bureau for peace & justice topics.
